This organization project focused on organizing a garage in a temporary rental. The clients are living and storing items in the rental while their current home is being remodeled. They wanted to assess what was in the boxes, purge what they didn’t need, and identify the contents of each box clearly on the outside for future use. I categorized the boxes in sections for easy access. I stacked boxes up against the walls of the garage using the vertical space. I moved the shelving unit from the middle of the garage, to a side area and then filled it with items that the family accesses on a regular basis. The family purged a lot of items that we took for donation. Two days of hard work paid off and they said they love their newly spacious garage.
